Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption. Documents are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links. Access by staff is logged.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion (subject to record-keeping obligations for financial transactions) by contacting our grievance officer.
