Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) and be legally permitted to invest in or issue unlisted securities in India.
Nature of the service
Finlaunch provides a marketplace that connects companies raising capital with investors. Finlaunch does not provide investment advice; all decisions are your own.
Orders and settlement
A buy request is a firm intention to purchase at the quoted price. Settlement is completed by our team once payment is received and shares are transferred to your demat account.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
